Brasada Ranch takes the oldest idea in Central Oregon — the working ranch — and gives it a resort's polish. Spread across 1,800 acres of high desert in Powell Butte, about 25 minutes from Bend, it lines up the entire Cascade skyline on the horizon and fills the foreground with fairways, trails, and pasture.

What sets Brasada Ranch apart

Range. The Brasada Canyons golf course, designed by Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy, tumbles through the property's canyons with mountain views from nearly every hole. A full equestrian center keeps horses part of daily life, and Spa Brasada, pools with a water slide and lazy river, a serious fitness center, and ranch-to-table dining round out the amenity set. Homes are custom, mountain-ranch in character, and built to face the view.

  • 1,800-acre gated ranch community with panoramic Cascade views
  • Brasada Canyons golf — a celebrated Jacobsen/Hardy design
  • Equestrian center, spa, pools, and ranch-to-table dining
  • Custom homes and homesites, second-home or full-time

Who Brasada Ranch fits

Riders and golfers first, but more broadly anyone who wants country quiet with concierge comforts. It draws second-home owners who fly in for long weekends and full-timers who decided the 25-minute drive to Bend is a fair price for waking up to that skyline.

How we help here

Buying at Brasada means weighing membership options, homesite orientation (the view is the value), and build costs if you're starting from dirt. Tara's builder's eye and our network of Central Oregon builders make the raw-land route far less daunting.
